Meal planning
- Menu Creation: Assist with planning balanced and nutritious meal menus that cater to your dietary preferences and any specific health needs.
- Grocery Shopping: Help with creating shopping lists and purchasing groceries, ensuring you have the ingredients needed for your planned meals.
- Meal Preparation: Support in preparing meals, including cooking and portioning, while adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences you may have.
